Tamkin Training Program

The Tamkin Training Program is a program designed to empower and equip young citizens from Lebanon with the knowledge and tools necessary to actively engage in political and civic life. This program aims to foster a new generation of active and informed citizens who can contribute positively to their communities and drive positive change in Lebanon.

Program highlights:

• Weekly online in-depth knowledge sessions: These sessions will cover a wide range of subjects, including history, human rights, local governance, economy, and the environment. Renowned experts in each field will lead engaging and informative sessions to deepen your understanding and broaden your perspectives.

• NGO field visits: Get an opportunity to connect with and learn from organisations actively working on issues related to politics, human rights and the environment. These visits will provide you with firsthand experience and insights into the practical aspects of civic engagement.

• In-person meetups: Forge strong connections with fellow participants through two in-person meetups at the beginning and end of the program. These meetups will serve as a platform for networking, collaboration, and reflection on the progress made during the academy.

Who should apply? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated young individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 who are already engaged in their local communities, or are eager to become active citizens.

برنامج تمكين التدريبي هو برنامج مصمم لتمكين وتجهيزالشباب المواطنين من لبنان بالمعرفة والأدوات اللازمة للمشاركة الفعّالة في الحياة السياسية والمدنية. تهدف هذه الأكاديمية إلى تعزيز جيل جديد من المواطنين النشطاء والمطلعين الذين يمكنهم أن يساهموا بشكل إيجابي في مجتمعاتهم ويحققوا التغيير الإيجابي في لبنان.

أبرز برامج الأكاديمية:

جلسات معرفية عميقة أسبوعية عبر الإنترنت: ستغطي هذه الجلسات مجموعة واسعة من المواضيع، بما في ذلك التاريخ، وحقوق الإنسان، والحكم المحلي، والاقتصاد، والبيئة. سيقود خبراء مشهورون في كل مجال جلسات شيقة ومفيدة لتعميق فهمك وتوسيع آفاقك.

زيارات ميدانية للمنظمات غير الحكومية: احصل على فرصة للتواصل والتعلم من المنظمات التي تعمل بنشاط في قضايا تتعلق بالسياسة وحقوق الإنسان والبيئة. ستوفر لك هذه الزيارات تجربة فريدة وإلمامًا بالجوانب العملية للمشاركة المدنية.

لقاءات وجهًا لوجه: بناء صلات قوية مع المشاركين الآخرين من خلال لقاءين وجهًا لوجه في بداية ونهاية البرنامج. ستكون هذه اللقاءات منصة للتواصل والتعاون والتأمل في التقدم المحرز خلال الأكاديمية.

من يجب أن يقدم طلبًا؟ نبحث عن أفراد شباب متحمسين ومتحفزين في الفئة العمرية بين 18 و 35 عامًا الذين يشاركون بالفعل في مجتمعاتهم المحلية أو يتطلعون إلى أن يصبحوا مواطنين نشطين.
